Sijilli ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. We use Supabase Authentication to manage user accounts securely.
Document Information: You may voluntarily enter document details such as document type, expiry dates, and notes. This information is stored securely in our database to provide the core service functionality.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and improving the user experience.
Subscription Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, Apple processes the payment. We receive transaction identifiers and subscription status from Apple but do not collect or store your payment card details.
Our AI Assistant feature sends your questions to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for processing. We do not send your personal document data to the AI service unless you explicitly include it in your question. AI conversations are not stored permanently.

Welcome to Sijilli. By downloading, installing, or using the Sijilli mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sijilli is a document management and tracking application designed for UAE residents. The App helps users track document expiry dates, receive renewal reminders, and manage personal and family documents.
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost with limitations on the number of documents and features.
Paid Subscriptions: Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (Personal and Business plans) with monthly or yearly billing options.

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Sijilli and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any data and documents you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The AI Assistant feature provides general information and guidance. It is not a substitute for professional legal, immigration, or governmental advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sijilli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed deadlines, or expired documents.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Sijilli sends you notifications before your documents expire. You'll receive alerts at 90, 60, 30, 7, and 1 day before expiry. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
Your subscription is managed through Apple:
With a Personal or Business plan, go to Settings > Family Members. Tap "Add Member" and enter their name. You can then add documents for each family member separately.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) and row-level security to ensure only you can access your data.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also email us at privacy@sijilli.ae to request account deletion.
